Hearingtoday’s news, isn’t new. Locations ofviolence change, titles of waringgroups, but violence is violence. Peopletorture and kill those not like them or those who have something theywant. Land, sex, oil, pretty little girls,power.
Proverbs 29:2 comes to mind. “ When the righteous thrive,the people rejoice; when the wicked rule, the people groan.”
How true.Syria, countries receiving immigrants, major cities in Europe. Compassionate people and nations will help, ifnot during, after the humanitarian crisis.Aftercare is never sufficient.Before care, sharing the truths of God’s love, His truths for valuingeach human life, Jesus sacrifice for all our sins and provision for Christ likeliving. To the extent we can share thatcare, people will not need to groan, butrejoice.
