Tired today?

Tired today? Some of us try to keep our fatigue a secret.  We attack the day with gusto as our body draggs.  Can you relate?  I tell God I’m tired even when no one else knows.  He gently comforted me this morning with Psalm 103:14.  “For he knows how we were made; he remembers that we are dust.”  We’re not made from ‘never die batteries, or bionics.  We’re human.  When this body wears out, we don’t get a replacement.  We can replace many parts, but not all.

My Creator gently reminds me that we humans need a day of rest–one in every seven.  My body houses the Holy Spirit–a good reason to take care of it.

Good reminder, my friend.
