Summer challenges
I’m sure you know some teenagers. What are they doing this summer? In Chicago, as the temperatures rise, so does conflict on the streets in some areas.
I’m blessed that my teenaged grandsons will be traveling abroad working, studying and experiencing more than I ever did in the first decades of my life. Yes, there are risks, but that goes with all opportunity.
How can you impact teens this summer? Pray specifically for those you know, and generally for those you don’t. Your church may provide camp sponsorships. You as an individual can sponsor teens in activities you value.
Volunteer in a camp kitchen. Pray for safe travels. An important prayer is for men and women of character and Spiritual maturity to impact our teens where ever they are.
