People God uses

Are you wishing you were someone else today?  Do you have a heart to help others, but  don’t  have the skill or the ‘stuff’ to make a difference in your community?Think about these people.  Mary, the mother of Jesus was illiterate.  So was the Apostle Peter.  They were people of great faith and courage who set a high bar as Christ followers.  They often felt they didn’t have what it took for the task at hand.

Naomi became a widow and called herself bitter,  a woman who felt God had abandoned her through the deaths of her husband and both of her sons--a true economic tragedy in her culture.  Yet, Naomi’s life through hard times was the ‘bible Ruth, her daughter-in-law, read.’ to become a believer.

So, my friend, you are usable.  Step up.
