Nine Eleven # 2
Last month, we acknowledged the ten year anniversary of nine eleven. We remember vividly the views of New York’s twin towers coming down, where we were, and how we heard the news.
Nearly 3,000 people died that day and millions of others were dramatically altered.
Stories of bravery were interspersed with stories of tragedy: babies born who would never see their daddies, women and men who lost the most precious person in their lives, Moms and Dad’s who never expected to out live their children.
I received a poster from Ambassador Agency depicting the twin towers going down with this inscription: Proverbs 18:10
The name of the LORD is a strong tower; The righteous run to it and are safe.
Man made towers come down. The Lord stands forever.
