My Diamonds

I wear no diamonds these days but I enjoy seeing thousands daily.  This morning the dew on my bushes with the sun rising behind them changed droplets of water to thousands of diamonds.  All for me to enjoy.

Looking out on the lake, the water’s simple shimmer transformed wavelets to another view–thousands of diamonds.

Frost will soon touch the fields around me.  The suns smile will treat me to another view of God’s diamonds.

It’s our choice as to whether we see bushes, water, and frost, or diamonds.

I prefer God’s diamond perspective.  Let’s apply that to the people around us. Each is different from us, and in different seasons of life.  Because He created each one, we’re looking at a diamond.
