More Surprises in 2012
Looking back on 2012, one word that describes the year is confusion. Our congress is usually gridlocked. Everyone agrees change is necessary . But there’s perfect disagreement on how. The words for 2013 are ‘fiscal cliff,’ political battles, and compromise. New groups are lifting their voices, and they are definitely not in harmony. Even the Canadian Geese in my neighborhood are flying in circles and can’t decide whether or when to fly South.
I’m reminded of my husband’s words as he battled ALS. “Heaven will be perfect.” No confusion there. Its a good time to make sure that will be our next home. Jesus, our loving and just gatekeeper welcomes you. What about you? Take his hand and be sure heaven will be your next home.
