I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY,-and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about money M  Widows needing legal advice often feel uninformed on legal matters.  Result, they are vulnerable.  Sadly I know of a lawyer who was asking a widow inappropriate questions about her life style entirely unrelated to the matter at hand.

 V  Its not necessarily a solution to bring your best friend to the meeting.  You need a wise advocate who has your back.  Lawyers are reviewed by the state bar association.  You want one experienced in the area of your need.  If you have a complex matter, get one who specializes in the area you need and will do the best job for you. They are probably more efficiently resulting in a fair price.
