Gratitude for pay check # 2

I’m Miriam  Neff-with STARTING OVER FINANCIALLY, and I’m Valerie Neff Hogan, and we’re here to talk about moneyM  Thanking God for the income and provisions you have is more important than ASKing for what you need.  Asking is not wrong.  But here’s perspective.  He owns the cattle on a thousand hills.  Psalm 50: 10. He can choose to give a person 500 or 5, or a hamburger.

V We’re instructed to be content with whatever He chooses.  That first step of gratitude signals to God more than contentment.  We are acknowledging that He is Lord of all:  much or little.  Next we can ask, ‘Lord, how can I deploy this?’ This is creating a spending plan. An important directive in Scripture is, the total for that spending plan must be smaller than your income.
