What is your greatest treasure? Now lets take material ‘stuff’ off the table. Most of us would say those special people in our life. Whether a few family members, a clan, a life long friend, or a sister. Its connection to people who share our interests, ‘have our back’ who love us warts, imperfections, just as we are.
I’ve been creating a wish list, a widow’s bill of rights. What are those essential things needed in her life to face forward with hope and purpose?
# 6 would be: The right to be connected–to caring people who have her best interests at heart. Yes, this is a two way street. Although, realistically, right after her loss she may not be able to do that.
